I like playing volleyball because it is an endurance sport and I enjoy in my spare time as it entertains me and makes me feel good health and ... the game is simple and mostly I play with my friends because it requires several people ... consists of two teams which play with a ball from one side to another divided by a ned and make the most points in the territory contrary ... it is simple and fun !!... I think that health depends on sport largely because I insist we improve our physical condition and that our energy and power have a healthy and comforting.

Since I was a child, my father tought me to play basketball. at the very beggining, I was not very good at, but I tried to get better and better every day. I used to practice alone at a basketball court near my house. Time is very fast, and practicing every day, has made me a godd player.

i like playing badminton too, the game it's lke the volleyball in some things, but you have to use a racket for playing it, it's also that you have to pass in this case the wheel over the ned.

Now let’s talk about karate. Karate has hundreds of variations throughout the world, but the one I practice is called Shotokan. It was founded by Gichin Funakoshi. In karate, discipline is vital. Almost all of the movements require precision that can only be achieved through concentration and attention. Also, disrespecting the Sensei, our master, can lead to your expulsion from the academy.
To practice it you need only one object: the Karategi or uniform. Everything else comes from you; discipline, attention, strength, agility and spirit; and that is what makes karate so unique: no objects are needed, only your body. Even the name, Karate-Do, meaning “The Way of The Empty Hand’’ shows this.
There are three basic ways of practicing karate: Kihon, that are the basic techniques, like punches and kicks; Kata, a series of movements performed swiftly and gracefully in order to develop strength, accuracy and timing; and finally Kumite, that is the application of techniques in combat.
There are several levels in karate, shown by the color of the belt worn by the karateka, white being the lowest level and tenth Dan black belt being the highest (many people think black belt is the highest, but there are actually ten black belt levels).
Exercise is important for your body because it keeps you healthy, your heart strong and your organs functioning properly. Also, your metabolism becomes faster, making you more active and your brain more agile, enhancing your memory and intelligence.
The sport I like is swimming. Swimming in addition to typical benefits of all sports, the activity of exercise without impact, the great aerobic development and involvement of all major muscle groups. It also provides safety and facilitates easy practice to people who for various reasons can not play other sports. It is practiced in a pool or at sea there are different styles of swimming practice examples of the styles there are: THE CRAWL, THE ARM, THE BUTTERFLY, THE STYLE DELFIN.The swimming is aerobic sport par excellence, moderate aerobic work and continuous is the most recommended for the most important muscle in our body, the heart.

Mountain biking develops a person's strength and endurance. It is no easy task to cycle up steep slopes with rough terrain. A lot of power is required and this can easily sap the strength of anyone who isn't physically fit.
Nutrition is an important aspect before going out. Mountain biking can be really draining so proper nutrition is advised.
Bikers should eat enough energy giving foods but not too much that they have difficulty peddling their way through the trail.

My favorite sport is soccer because I think this sport is fun and something hard sometimes, I like to practice it with my friends, soccer requires two teams of 11 players each and a ball, goals are the frames in each the ends of the court. I also enjoy playing basketball because it is very good for fitness, the sport is played with 5 players each team and placed the ball in the baskets on the ends of the court.

For the soccer you just need a ball and you can play it with your friends everywhere for the squash you need a racket and a little ball to heat it against a wall.
For me the sports are necessary for our health because you do a lot of exercise when you practice them, so its necessary practice like an hour a day to be in a good shape.

In gymnastics, we usually perform high jumps, backflips and frontflips. We also do rolls, and stuff like that. It is very exhausting and demands a lot of time and training.

I like cheerleading, soccer and swimming. The cheerleading is a sport of routine, you need a good condition, strength and presence, spirit, teamwork and order, for any position bases must be rigid because if you misplace the position will not work and not be able to top raised or kept. I love practice tennis, basketball and swimming because makes me feel good health, It makes me strong and to having discipline. I can practice two hours a day, twice or three times a week.
